Donations that we can use for the festival are gladly accepted. Click the picture above for more specifics and for past donors.

Help us by posting a poster in your place of business and local parks. Better yet... yard signs two weeks prior and during the festival. More details as the posters and signs become available in May 2019.

Homemade Baked Goods

Bakers of home-made baked goods are always needed to make "Rose's Bake Sale" a continued success. Email Marsha at marsha1208@comcast.net.

Bottles of Cheer

Unopened bottles of wine, liquor, and other spirits are welcomed as donations to be used as prizes for the Cheer Wheel booth. These are accepted at the Parish Office. 

Setup/Cleanup Work Days

The two Saturdays prior to the Festival week are setup and prep days starting at 7:00 AM and running to about 1:00 PM, maybe earlier depending on number of volunteers. Cleanup starts at 7:00 AM on the Sunday morning following the Festival closing night. These dates are listed in the Calendar section and sign ups will be made available through the SignUp Genius website early in 2019.

Other volunteer opportunities across the different booths and events are available and are posted in SignUp Genius. Only adult should signup through SignUp Genius. See the "How to Volunteer" section below.

SignUp Genius

As our volunteer needs are known, a SignUp Genius web site will be published and the link activated below. Most volunteer positions unless otherwise noted are for adult volunteers. We look towards filling our positions with parishioners and/or their families. 

High School Students

If you are a high school student interested in volunteering for National Honor Society credits, graduation project. or community service please email Donna Kneisly at mnice219@gmail.com to signup. In the body of the email include the Subject "St. Joseph Community Festival". In the body of the email include: your full name, school or organization name, cell phone number, email address and dates you are available. You would work approximately 3 hours on the day you volunteer. Indicate if you are looking for longer amounts of volunteer time... we do have opportunities on setup and cleanup dates.
